Bumps in my nose??

Yesterday I was standing next to Roman outside when he started breathing in out through his nose loudly. I asked him if he needed a tissue and his response was "No, I just have some bumps in my nose". I told him I thought they were boogies and not bumps. He was quite adamant that they were not boogies, just bumps.
